Akiva Gersh is a teacher, writer, speaker, and rabbi, working in the field of Jewish and Israel Education for over 20 years. He is the creator of “Vegan Rabbi“, a platform that focuses on spreading Jewish teachings that promote compassion for animals and support going vegan in our world today. He received his BA from Brown University, his MA from Yeshiva University and rabbinic ordination from Yeshivat Sulam Yaakov in Jerusalem. Akiva lives in Pardes Hanna with his wife Tamar and their four children.
