Purim Services and Celebrations at Temple Israel!
Thursday evening, March 13th (Erev Purim):
5:15 p.m. – “Tot Shabbat” – Young family celebration in the Pine Room
6:00 p.m. – Esther’s Pizza Parlor in the Crystal Ballroom
6:30 p.m. – “A Wicked Megillah” – Reading of Megillah with songs, costumes and prizes for all ages in the Sanctuary
7:30 p.m. – Be Merry and Nosh Hamantashen in the Foyer outside the Sanctuary
School age students and families invited for Ice Cream in the Crystal Ballroom
8:00 p.m. – Ma’ariv and Full Megillah Reading in the Sanctuary
Friday Morning, March 14th (Purim Day):
7:30 a.m. – Shaharit and Full Megillah Reading in the Sanctuary
6:20 p.m. – Kabbalat Shabbat Service
Sunday, March 16th – Purim Carnival
All are invited to join our Waxman Youth House teens for an amazing carnival! Open to children in the community accompanied by a parent and Kulanu religious school students.
Teen volunteers in 7th-12th grade are needed to make the carnival a success. Please contact Connie Reichman at creichman@tign.org.
